Product labels and industrial decals can be manufactured using a variety of materials which each has its own inherent strengths and weaknesses.

Product labels and industrial decals made of Vinyl are available in any size and in a wide variety of colors and thicknesses. Inherently weather and chemical resistant, they are typically backed with adhesives chosen the specific application which create a very strong bond when pressure is applied. They both typically, easily applied and removed from most surfaces.

Product labels and industrial decals made of Foil are economical, strong, and light-weight. They also have moderate abrasion resistance but may scratch or bend under certain circumstances. They also have the ability to be hard-tooled, embossed, or cut-out. Anodizing foil produces a hard layer which offers additional abrasion, chemical, corrosion, and heat resistance making it extremely durable. Non-anodized finishes are clear-coated and baked for additional durability.

Product labels and industrial decals made of Polycarbonate offer excellent clarity for printing and accurate die-cutting and have inherent strength with heat, stain, chemical, and impact resistance. For the protection of the text and graphics, Polycarbonate labels and decals are typically printed on the sub-surface. They are also ideal for embossing because of the tactile charactaristics and are available in clear, matte, and velvet texture finishes.

Polyester offers strong chemical and abrasion resistance when the graphics are printed on the sub-surface. Polyester also provides shrink, heat, and tear resistance.

Polyethelene is a lightweight solution offering chemical and moisture resistance with excellent insulating properties.

Polypropylene has excellent mechanical properties with higher temperature resistance than other plastics, and is gradually replacing polyethelenes for many applications.

Reflective Vinyl Film has sub-surface glass or glass-like materials in order to reflect light back towards the source. They also offer good temperature, moisture, and weather durability, maintaining 90% of retro-reflectivity when wet.

Product labels and industrial decals made of the most common materials ebables us to offer a variety of in-house services which allow shorter lead-times and the elimination of additional costs often associated with special ordered materials. Product labels and industrial decals can be printed or back-printed with letters, numbers, or highly detailed designs such as logos in single color, multi-color, or a 4-color process.

Depending on the material chosen for the specific application, product labels and industrial decals can be inexpensively die-cut for precision shapes, and are available individually, in sheets or as rolls.

As an option, lamination and special UV topcoats can also be applied for additional protection from wear, chemicals, saltwater, temperature extremes, UV light, and abrasion. Tamper-evident labels and decals are also available.
