Continual Improvement at Eastern Etching

Eastern Etching went through the first phase of a major renovation this summer to its printing department. The first phase consisted of removing obsolete equipment and the addition of a new silk screen press. The concept of the press addition was to create a test bed for rapid setup and take down methods and process standardization. Eastern Etching looks forward to phase 2 next summer which will replace the remaining presses with new presses based on the test bed and incorporating the lessons learned.
